Thumbs up Working Out

Gerry,

Like you, I have a small amount (yet annoying amount) of loose skin under my arms.. my lil bat wings.. that I just hate. I have been working out some lately and doing pilates. Honestly, that has seemed to help with the toning of my arms.. I am not trying to get bulky in the arm area.. or anywhere for that matter. However, when I did visit the PS last year to ask him what I needed to do to ensure the best Plastic Surgery results he told me that the more I toned up underneath the better the contour and results would be with plastic surgery. It makes sense to me.. like he said if you tone the muscle under the skin it makes the surgery easier for one.. he doesn't have to guess where your muscles should be.. and it makes it look so much nicer. I have been trying to do some crunches and stuff to ensure really nice results for when I do have a TT (Which won't be until after kids of course.)

However, I am working on the legs, chest wall, and arms because I do want that skin removed yesterday!! LOL

Sorry that I don't have any real experience with this advice, Gerry but I hope that it helps in some way?

Good luck to you my friend.. and if you go to 24 hr fitness and ever need a work out partner, let me know.. I am always game for that!!!
