Default Working out on weights

Here is a question aimed at all the post-op males out there, buy you ladies can help too!

For those who are way out there (9+ months) and those who have had any plastic surgery, were ther/are there any specific types of exercise/work-out routines to help aide in toning up your skin.

For example, I have a miniscule amount of loose skin on my arms , but my working out with my arms by curls and various other ypes will fill up that skin in not too long

But what about abdominal exercises, legs and stuff? Have any of you having the plastic surgery already been pre educated prior to PS?

Any advise will help as I have been working out lately and can see results already in my arms shoulders and chest.

As a matter of fact, I haven't done any sit-ups since the Marine Corps (1990) and shocked my self by doing 40 last night in my first attemp.

Thanks foy any input!!
