I got a body lift front and back. I'm glad that I did. I needed my muslces done, and that was part of the whole thing. I talked to my Doc about having kids after (cause I have none) and hope to have at least 1 sometime in my life, and he said that it's OK to have kids but that I should wait at least a year after.
