i joined the gym yesterday, started with weights, then tonight i will get there and do cardio, plan to that mon-fri alternating weights and cardio, hoping that will help this excessive hanging skin of mine

my hair is coming out, my pillow is full of hair when i wake up, my towel is full, my shirts when i pull them over my head, and even just when walking around i seem to be picking hair off my clothes constantly

i had the best protein day yesterday and plan to stick with those foods until i get sick of them and will add some variety to change it a bit, but i got 83 grams of protein in, all with foods and drinking milk, i also manage 8 cups of fluid, hate to admit it, but i think that is the first time i have been able to get 8 cups in one day, will aim for ten soon, maybe working out will help that

turkey pepperoni grimms from costco, 2sticks -12 grams of protein
cheese strings, part skim mozza twists, sobeys 1 sticks - 6 grams of protein
chili, homemade 3 cups in total - 35 grams of protein
Milk, 2% -2cups in total - 12 grams of protein
6cups of water
Totals calories 961 fat 53 carbs 40 protein 83

i find if i cant eat in the morning, drinking a cup of milk (which i can now tolerate, go figure) first, then i can usually eat about an hour later, i have been tolerating turkey pepperoni stick and a cheese string for breakfast, and even chili for breakfast, once i have had milk first, so strange what works, but when i find something that works i am going to stick with it until it doesnt work
