A-freakin-men! When we set a goal we can predestine ourselves to failure. Don't get me wrong, it's great to have goals! But that being said, if we set an unrealistic goal we will only feel a heightened sense of failure. Or if we set a realistic goal that because of our own inner demons and self-sabatoge we can not attain we feel even worse. IF you are determined to set a goal, first make it realistic, and second, create a plan of action and stick to it. Don't let the quandry created in your own mind limit your level of success! And find inner contentment in who you are and your already hard traveled road to success! Plus it's just a number right???? But that being said, if you need someone to kick you in the ass from time to time... I volunteer darlin.... and you can do the same for me... of course I'm so tall mine's harder to reach!
