Best of luck to you tomorrow. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know that feeling of "hey, I lost 14 lbs on this 2 wk diet, I can just keep doing this and lose the weight"...even a couple of the docs I work for told me that. They said I was doing so great on that liquid diet, I should just stick to that! Here's the thing though.....I NEVER would stick to that. I didn't even stick to it then..I cheated....we all know about my big sandwich story! I know myself too well.....if I could control my appetite, I wouldn't have needed the surgery! I can't wait to hear how you feel afterward. Well, don't go by how you feel the 1st month...wait until after that.....it gets so much better! Some people feel great right away...ya just never know. For me, I had complications, so have no idea what "normal" is. All I know is I feel good now and am satisfied with my little portions. It's a great feeling!!!
