My aunt lost both her senses of smell and taste when she got hit by a car years ago... she's still overweight. I don't see how this spray would work anyway, cause if you already know how something smells and/or tastes, you would still crave it anyway. I can just be standing around talking to my husband and all of a sudden it's like I start drooling cause I get a wicked craving for hot dogs. I can taste them in my mouth and I can smell them in my mind. This spray won't work.

Sorry to sound like such a wet blanket on this one.
