Congrats on your decision to persue this. It is exciting and scary at the same time. I know what you mean about the waiting. This has been a 2 year process for me and I finally have a date. I agree with hapbird about modifying things ahead of time. I quit smoking, cut out my beloved Pepsi and am walking daily to help ease myself thru this. I am still scared to death, but from what I read here in the forum that is natural. I am so ready for this. I have let everyone at work know what I am doing. I've been here for 9 years and we are like a family. The support I'm getting from my coworkers is incredible. They are having a "Pam's last fling" party for me this Friday, my last day before surgery. The support on this forum is awesome, so many questions were answered before I asked them.
