Calories.....
Dont fret too much about caloric intake. Like Kina suggested, concentrate on protein first... count that. You should be taking in no less than 30-65 grams of protein a day... somewhere in that range and you are doing fine. Also look in your binder ( the almighty word) in the nutrition section AND reschedule that appt with the office!
