I'd definitely be honest and tell her that while on occasion you'd like to have lunch with her you would prefer not to eat out all the time. Suggest some alternates like walking 2-3 days a week during your lunch hour as a way to get to know her better (she's new right?). She's probably looking to befriend people and using food as a social exscuse to do so (like many of us probably did).
