Wink To Hard on your self

Carol please dont be so hard on yourself we all have major hangups with our looks and while some might be size 4, 10, and 8's there are some of us like me that have huge way to go i had my surgery 4 months ago thursday and I have lost about 100 lbs now i weigh 298 that is still alot but I am 6'2 and I should weigh about 190 to some people that is heavy but that is ideal for me, you dont think you could wear a bathing suite well just try a different style get a wrap you could put around you, i have the same image issues all though people tell me i need to buy new clothes i never show my arms i always wear long sleves cuz my arms are huge well to me and the lose skin thats starting to hang makes me cringe I have never in my life wore sleve less shirts or anything. this summer i am though cuz i have to get over this fear i have that everyone is looking at me, the truth is they are probably not looking and in our own eyes it looks wose than it actually is. I got my tax return back and I have money to go clothes shopping im going tomorrow although everytime i think about it i get butterflys cuz i know whats going to happen ima try it on love it in the dressing room but then start thinking and thinking and over think it and whind up putting it back we have to take each day one step at a time so tomorrow im going shopping for shirts that are short sleve maybe one or two and next month maybe a skirt i dont even own one cuz i dont like to show skin..lol..so if you ever need to talk or anything let me know we can work on these issues together. hang in there love veronica
