You are having the same feeling I had with my strictures and it was confusing at first for me because I could eat yogurt, pudding, or drink milk, but I couldn't drink any other fluids or eat ANYTHING else. Then, gradually it go to where everything was giving me that pain of being stuck. I didn't have the foam as much as I just had pain and then a choking feeling that made me gag to get it back out. The only way I could explain it is it felt like a I swallowed a bowling ball right in the center of my chest just above the bottom of my sternum. If it gets worse, you will definitely know it. Just keep an eye on it and tell your dr. what you are experiencing because things can go downhill really fast!
