definitely choosing healthy foods and my calories are 600-800/day
today with the 80 grams of protein, it put my calories at 748
so thats why i wasnt sure if i should add other foods if i am meeting the protein requirements
and i am at 7-8 cups of liquid a day now so that is a relief
