boy am i glad i had that gastroscopy, i didnt know there was a problem, now that i am not struggling to eat/drink i now know it was a bit of a problem.

I think the range they told us was 60-80 grams.....unless you are doing extensive exercising. But I would think either way works....as long as you get the liquids and proteins and make healthy choices....you'll be fine.
