i got 80 grams of protein in today and all with eating food - good ol' chicken breast
working on liquids now but my question is
can i get too much protein? and should i maybe stop the protein at 65 grams and eat veggies and fruit after i have had my protein for the day? i find protein way easier than fruits and veggies, fruits are too sweet and rich and veggies feel heavy and hurt sometimes, so i have been eating chicken (not sure why that is so easy to eat), i get in a whole chicken breast in 3 meals (yes i ate chicken with cottage cheese for breakfast today, and chicken and shrimp for lunch), and marble cheese is good if its melted first, so i melt it over the chicken (for supper and ate two peas), i eat very small bites and very slow, taking a half an hour to eat each meal, but not sure if i should be eating just protein...i am taking my vitamis too and drinking propel and water.
boy am i glad i had that gastroscopy, i didnt know there was a problem, now that i am not struggling to eat/drink i now know it was a bit of a problem.
