The string cheese I couldn't tolorate until about 4 months out. For some bizzare reason all cheese tasted funny to me until just recently. Sugar Free applesause was a go at 2-3 wks out, but only a little bit...I filled up on it fast. Consider your new pouch an infant, in that you have to try one new thing at a time for a day or two to see how it will take it. Don't push the poor thing into what it isn't ready for and re-learn how to eat, when to eat, and what to eat! That is the key to this part of post-op really...and that is learning how to eat from infancy all over again. Best Wishes!
