Carrie, I agree...listen to your own body and make the choices. Its nice to see everyone's opinion and take what you can from each. You will find in time that its about balance and learning what best things to put into your own body. I know for me, some eating days are better than others....when I am stressed, I have a hard time getting in all my food - thank goodness for protein drinks!
