Default Morning food after 2 wks. Is it normal to feel blue?

Hey everyone,
I've been doing okay for the last 2 wks. I know i've been over doing it a little, but mostly i feel fine.
The only pain i have is when i try to pick up my 18 month old. Not to bad though, i just feel winded at times.
Anyway, these last 2 days i have had a hard time dealing with food. I am only on baby food and clear liquids if i want. It seems like i am morning the idea of not having food. Why is that? I want to eat like everyone else. I did blend a chicken breast to eat b/c i won't eat jarred meats. Is this feeling normal? I also have only seen about a 20 lb. weight loss. Should it be more? Should i be weighing myself everyday? My friends call me for a daily update on my weight loss and i think it's messing with my head.
Should i also be exercising? I do take a daily walk around the block with the baby. Why am i feeling like this? Is it normal to feel like cheating?
