i took the info and will do what is best for me
six meals a day - i know - i freaked out when she said that and the quantity - i cant even imagine eating that much
i dump on milk now and on sugar - so i stick to propel and water and herbal teas on occasion
i will stick to three times a day and add protein drinks when needed to boost my protein intake if i havent got it in with the foods that day
when she said if you feel pain when eating stop - but when you are able to eat again, finish the food out of that 1/2 cup portion you didnt finish before the pain or fullness hit - i am not eating 1/2 cup yet, and i wasnt following that part of starting to eat to finish what i didnt - i just gave what i couldnt eat once i was full to my dog
