Hey Theresa....welcome to the board! It was funny just now when I reread this thread....because I was still deciding about plastic surgery....and now I am 10 days out from it.

But first off, give yourself some credit for your huge loss! That is a big, big, change for you. But the answer to how I got to goal is simple, but complex. The simple part is that I continually evaluated my habits, my motives, my health, and the basic rules. The complex part is that it's hard to find a balance and keep struggling and trying to find solutions as you fight old emotions and food and life habits. But as my quote says, it's about keeping on. For me, it involved lots of soul searching, counseling, posting on here, food choices and rules, joining the fitness center, and just never giving up. I hope you can find some help and inspiration here to get back on track and be as healthy as you can be. Good luck and stick around.
