Woody,

I just wanted to say thanks for the article. The part that most interested me was the stomache having a neruonal network system that senses when the stomache is extending and full. This peice of information really underscores the fact that our stomaches and brains are communicating together.

Many of us are led to believe that our battle with eating is all mental. That it is a will power thing, that we just can't get our brain under control. If that was true we all would have been able to will ourselves into submission years ago. But it isnt just the brain, and its not all about will power. Most of it is stomache/brain neuronal messaging. That's why the smaller stomache works. Brilliant! Good to know~
