I think the most important part of this post is the part about exercise. Many people who have WLS think the weight will just fall off and it will. However you will lose alot of lean muscle. You can tell when someone has just lost "weight" and "worked out". You will look and feel better with exercise.
Don't jump into it take your time. Walk and work with weights a little everyday and it will work wonders.
