April I just think you are being to hard on your self. I think you are doing ok maybe you juat haven't met your expectations. Trust me I haven't had any big WOW moments either but I am so greatful for the weight I have lost. Like I have said before this tool is with you forever. You have the rest of your life to work this tool. There is no reason why you should feel it will stop working after a certain time frame. It will continue to work if you work it. You may not see the results you want to see but it will work. This forum isn't just about wow moments and weight that has been lost it is about support. Rather it be support when times are good and most important when times get bad. I am glad you came by to share this. It is important for you to understand that what you are feeling is normal and you are not the only one that has had these feelings and concerns. Hang in there April.
