Well no I am not dead, just have so many neet things happening in my life I just dont take the time to come in here. i am sorry. Got lots of good news. I have lost 145 lbs since surgery. Waist line has gone from a 58" to a 38". Have changed shirt sizes from 3XXX to Large. None of my shoes fite with out at least two pair of socks. i got ride of all my large cloths except one pair of pants(the cat sleeps on them). I was offered a new job with a substancial raISE IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS (I start on the 15th of October). I walk at least 7 miles a day every day. My BMI went from 52 to 26(i think anyway, i know it went down). and the 3 day 60 mile WALK FOR BREAST CANCER is just around the corner,. I am not near my goal but if i dont mak the goal and they wont let me walk i will become a volenteer instead. Everything is going great and i wanted to again thank all my pals and friends for their encouraging notes and letter. Write soon and i will get on here more often i promise. cj
