Don't stock up on too much stuff. You will get tired of it and all overestimate how much you really can eat. I had the following:

1-2 packs of jello
Chicken Broth
Cream Soup - potato, mushroom, asperagus - you will have to blend it or not eat the chunks
Cocoa and skim milk powder
Propel
Applesauce - small kids cups
I ate a few puddings
If you can get instant SF carnation - great
popsicles, popsicles and more popsicles - I had 8+ a day
Milk I didn't drink early out except for in the soup
I had bottled water
Crystal light - couldn't drink this until I was 4+ weeks

This was pretty much my diet for 2-3 weeks. On the 3rd week, I added in one new food a day - puree stuff.

Hope this helps.......of course always follow the guidelines of your doctor for starting new stages.....it seems each has their own timelines.
