WORK.....no way girl...you rest..you don't want to run yourself down before getting well. You might feel great today, but don't push it...trust me on this. I too am in an office, and there was no way I could function this early out.

I forgot to say, that I lived on lots of jello, SF popsicles, cream soup for the first few weeks. Nohr has us starting on soft/puree foods at about 3 weeks, but only 1 new thing a day.

The foam is usually caused by eating or drinking too fast or your pouch not happy with what you put in. I still get it with salmon sometimes if I don't slow down to eat. Apparently as we don't have stomach acid anymore the slime or foam is breaks down our food as it heads into the intestine.
