Can we just say....STARVING MANIAC!!!
OMG, I am sooooo hungry the 2 or 3 days before, it scares the heck out of me!!
I have been this way right after surgery, but I give in to the hunger (for fear I may kill if I don't
) and so far I have not put weight on.
BUT!!! When I say I give into it, I mean with in reason and with the understanding that it is hormonal and after the 1st day the cravings go away and I resume the healthy moderate eating.
It has worked for me, and I try to go with it rather than fight it.
