Welcome LeeAnne
Welcome to the forum LeeAnne. Everyone here is very nice and patient answering all the wannabe losers questions!
I'm just starting my journey too and we sound very similar. I have about 100 pounds to lose to be "normal" and have sleep apnea, but unlike you I've already developed my co-morbidities: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes from PCOS, GERD, knee & foot pain, pressure incontinence and the afformentioned sleep apnea. For me, the decision isn't if, but when. I'm going to a weight control clinic appt on 9/15 where I hope they will tell me my previous weight loss attempts and supervised diets will count towards their requirements.
Good luck in your journey! Oh and LisaBoston is from Canada, but I think she's on a cruise right now. Her entire story is on here if you'd like to read about her success.
