Just a reminder that we will be having our inaugural East County Support Group meeting one week from today on Wednesday, January 12th, at my home in El Cajon (Rancho S.D. border). It will be from 6:30 to 8:00. This will be a BYOB (bring your own beverage, not booze!!). Bridget and I will be hosting and since this is our first time, please be gentle with us
