Thanks for all who answered. The thing is that doing the math there is no reason that I am not losing. I eat 800-1000 cals a day. I still weigh 250. I exercise.
So doing the math here... at rest my body burns ROUGHLY 2500 cal a day JUST existing... that is not incuding the exercise. So I am banking 1500 a day.... a pound is worth about 3500 cals right so I havent lost a pound in 6 weeks...
Anyone have an anwer to THAT?
