Default Depends what you're doing

If you are lifting or doing resistance training of some sort, you will burn more calories for hours afterward, but if you're doing only 20 minutes of cardio, you'll burn more calories for less than 30 minutes. 20 minutes can help your cardio heath if you're really working hard, if you keep your heart rate around 120 it will burn fat, but it isn't as efficient as doing it a little longer. 30 minutes would be better - you could spend 20 minutes in the zone, but there are a lot of variables here. You should talk to a trainer to be sure.

Depends what your goals are honestly...
