At Home (but out of sight so its there when you really NEED it)
Suggestions:
Non-Chocolate Protein Bars (Granola or Fruit Flavors)
Zero Carb Protein Cookies
Nuts- (Almonds & Walnuts are the Lowest)
Beef Jerky (No Nitrates or Sugar)
Read Product Labels Carefully even if its labeled Low Carb or Sugar Free!! Many Products still contain white flour, sugar, corn syrup, sucrose, aspartame, BHT/BHA, EDTH, Ethoxyquin nitrite, MSG or THI.
Drink 64oz of WATER a Day. Make sure your Water contains Minerals or take Minerals everyday.
Minerals are the bodies’ building blocks. They make everything work right.
If you are Mineral deficient many of the messages to the cell get short-circuited and can lead to many other problems
