Hey Chrissy, I am so happy to see you posted and that you realized what was holding you back. I don't post everyday on here but I do come by everyday to read. I'm glad I do because I have learned a lot from others. It's not too late to get back on track as you discovered so just keep doing what you're doing and those pounds will start flying right off.
