Default Asked my doc

Prior to surgery, I asked my doc what was the single most important predictor of a successful outcome for GBS patients - expecting the answer to be that the younger and more physically fit they were going in, the better the outcome.

He said the single highest predictor of success was participation in a support group after surgery. Don't know where he got his stats, but I'm beginning to believe him.
