Thank you all for your encouraging words. I am in Southern California. This is the easiest support group I could get. A little stressed right now. My second son just started Kindergarden & he isn't adjusting too well, so I haven't been sleeping for the past few nights. Thanks to all of you whom responded. I have been given advise as to take more protein, which I really haven't been. And I understand that is suppose to help you lose more, right? Lower the carbs, raise the protein? I haven't been doing much of watching what I eat.

Not good. I will keep on checking in with you guys to get more advise. You are all appreciated.
