I was on liquids only for 3 weeks! argh I couldn't have gone on a trip after two weeks out. I wasn't ready. I was exhausted! Bring some carnation instant breakfast (the sugar free for the "carb conscious"). That should helpw with some of your proteint. Mix it with 2% milk.
