Ok, not sure about how much you will lose.....I was focused more on monthly weights. BUT, I did go on a major trip about 2 1/2 weeks out. I did fine. I had to reel myself in emotionally a lot. I wanted to be snappy sometimes when it was not totally warranted. I was tired some, but I walked HOURS during it. We flew from Ohio to CA......went to Disney, Universal, etc. I will tell you honestly the worst part was nourishment. I had so much trouble being out and about and trying to get calories, protein, and beverages. At that point I was having trouble with supplements, plain water hurt the pouch (ever notice most places have water or diet pop for no sugar diets?), and I struggled. So, make sure you take supplements you can tolerate, lots of little containers or coolers to pack things with you when you head out. That was my only real problem. Oh, I also wore Ted Hose for the plane since we should walk to avoid clots and that isn't real feasible. I exercised my feet while sitting also. Good luck!!
