That was a good idea. This whole journey is about tweaking it to work for YOU. It's great that you are really evaluating your habits and working toward good health.

I agree about this board......the others seem to leave you hanging with no responses, or are just so big and hard to navigate. I read them once in awhile for some additional views, but I belong here.
