Can't sleep...
Okay- I'm home and sipping, walking, farting, but when do I get to sleep? I had my surgery last Wednesday and I dread the nights!!! It's so terrible. I rest during the day, walk, do all the stuff I am supposed to but by nighttime I am miserable. I don't let myself sleep through the day so I will maybe be tired at night. And believe me I'm exhausted- I just can't get comfortable for very long. I sleep for an hour in the recliner, go to the bed for an hour or two, but never soundly. I have never been able to sleep on my back so this is REALLY that much harder for me. I cried and cried last night just wanting to curl up on my side and sleep but can't because it's too painful. I even tried some Tylenol PM last night- no luck. Anyone else with any sleeping dilemnias? So sleepy.....
