Well I did fast yesterday, except for two protien drinks, vitamins and such. It helped me to lose the 4-5 pounds of water weight that I knew I was carrying around. Fasting helps me to get refocused on my eating habits, it gives me a clean slate, so to speak, to start fresh.
Now I am eating high protien Special K and milk. Hopefully I can stay away from the junk and stay focused on my goal.
