How many times a day do you eat? At your stage I was told to eat like 6 times a day. Are you getting all of your water in? Sometimes when you feel hungry you are really in need of water not food. In between "meals" I filled up on my water. The liquid stage is hard. Some of your hunger is probably head hunger but I'm sure I felt real hunger in those first few weeks. Either way, from my own experince as soon as I got off of the liquids and started more solid foods I started feeling full and started losing my appetite after very little food. Just hang in there! Follow your doctor's eating plan and even though you feel hungry don't progress too early into the solid stuff. I know its hard but its the best thing. Your pouch needs to heal enough to tolerate more than the liquids.
