I have tried the tuna in lemon pepper ( the flakey stuff) that are in the packets, and I found that it was a little too dry as well, so I mixed a litle bit of cottage cheese with it, and ate really slowly and it held fine. I know it sounds kind of gross, but it was actually quite tasty !

It is a good idea to have lots of little freezable containers and plenty of room in your freezer for left overs for things that you just can not tollerate at this point, so you can try them out later.
Sorry tuna hit you badly this time hopefully you can tollerate it later because it is a great source of protein.
