Hi Denise. If you've seen the star-kist tuna in water pouches they have out now it is similar to that only it isn't "flaked" like tuna it is like having a piece of fish or salmon for dinner. (not like having a roast beef or a steak it is fish) I think it was really too dry to eat and I should've mashed it down but, I will wait till a much later time to try that again. I thought that if I could eat the tuna in water out of a can then this might be worth a try for all of the protein that it has...but, a little too soon. Thanks for the feedback!
