I thought I would vomit (but I didn't ) I had to lay down for about 20 min. The pain was really awful and it felt like all of the tuna was stuck in my chest. I think I hate albacore now. Has anyone else had this happen? I thought the food was "soft" enough as I am 5 weeks out from surgery now. This was the first time I've experienced anything like this before and certainly won't do that again. Now I see why you all suggest to try "new food " at home in small amounts first! Denise F.
This used to happen to me A LOT in the beginning with chicken. IT HURTS LIKE HELL!! You just have to remind yourself to eat slower and chew more. I know you probably think you did do that, but when I slowed it down even more and chewed even more it stopped happening...it took awhile for me to learn this lesson though!!
