I know its not true but it doesn't help my brain at all. I keep thinking I'm going to fail at this even after I've lost 90 lbs and I'm looking really good. You know I haven't dropped weight but I'm still losing inches. I've went from an 18-20 to now I'm at 16-18 and some 16 are a little big. This is the best thing ever and I want to thank you for letting me know its really possible.

I love you girl

Just so you know, I know you are in a size 14!!! You are underestimating yourself again!! Don't make me hurt you. I am so proud of you. You look great! Besides I seem to lose inches only when I am not losing pounds and lose pounds without losing inches.. it's weird. Everyone is different though. You are doing great. Like I said if I can do it, anyone can. I never had great wilpower or anything but now I seem to. I only lose like 5 - 10 lbs a month now so don't fret.. you're going to be just fine. I love you back girlfriend..

This was a great Christmas present though.. although I would LOVE to be under 150 by Christmas so I am working really hard at it. That would be the best present ever!!!
