You've come to the right place. What changes are you going thorough in life to makes you feel like you've lost control? Are you seeing a therapist? I continue to see mine monthly to keep on an even keel. What about local support groups? Any in your area? If not bypass specific, try to find an overeater's anonymous group, or if none exists, even an AA group will help. When you are hiding and lying about your habits, that's a sign of an addiction. Many morbidly obese people have an addictive personality that needs on-going treatment to maintain recovery. Just because you are thin on the outside, you are still MO on the inside. My doctors still write down MO as the reason why I still continue to see them for my lab work and follow ups.
