You don't mention how far out you are, and whether you have any medical or eating disorder issues. But if you are further out, like more than a year and all is well medically, then I would say generally that you need to eat more often so you can consume more calories. I would be careful not to use unhealthy foods to do it. But there are healthy foods higher in fat and calories, like nuts or higher fat dairy products. I know there are others who have faced this......but I am NOT going to be one of them. The snack/graze monsters are beating down my door as I type.
