I think you should go for it if it's something you desire. You have the money in savings so it sounds like it won't cause any financial hardships for you and your boys. I say go for it!

Guilty feelings over both the cost and feeling vain! Spending the money on
only myself is hard (without it being medically necessary), but I suppose I might eventually justify that in my mind. I'm good enough... I'm smart enough... well, you know what I mean. The vanity... well, it is what it is, although that's going to be a bit tougher to work through.
I suppose I should not necessarily feel bad about keeping it from my parents. I really believe it would save them a lot of worry and concern. And I wouldn't get them so big that they could tell. Just enough to fill a bra without feeling like I'm cheating!
I'm not really concerned about them finding out from someone else. If for whatever reason they do, I can ask for forgiveness after the fact and explain that I didn't want to cause them worry.
You've made me feel a bit better about using the money on myself. Thanks for the support!
And about the pics... I hear women that get implants love to show them off afterwards, so you never know!
