Wow! Thanks... Yes Dr. Mueller was happy, he said good things. Things are going well they only advice I would really give is to drink all your water... I have a herd time drinking water I think I try to drink too much too fast... Also don't over do it... The first few times I went out walking I went around to some of the malls with so friends or family and let them drag me all over but now I know when to say no I am done now! LOL!
