1. After surgery do you still have the sensation of feeling hungry???
2. How bad is the pain (lyproscopic)???
3.Has anyone experienced childbirth after surgery???
4.What should I expect the first couple of days home after surgery??
Thanks....

1. In the beginning no, and any sense of "hunger" is in your head making you want to munch. It isn't real

2. On a scale of 1-10. The day after surgery is about a 7 and quickly goes down to a 1 over the next few days

3. I haven't, buy my friend has and there are a few on the board. Our MD makes you sign a contract that you won't get pregnant for 18 months post op as it is difficult to take in enough to support you and the baby as well as allowing everything to heal.

4. The first few days home it would be nice to have someone around to help you and encourage you. Be as active as possible. I had tons of energy and was out shopping on post op day 3, but every day I needed a nap. You walk, sip and sleep. If you have kids....get help for the kids so you can concentrate on you.
